Meet The Artist

Yann is a self taught artist living in the Slocan Valley and tattooing at Strange Society Tattoos in Nelson, BC.

He has been drawing for as long as he can remember, always preferring the permanence of markers and pens over pencils and erasers.

About 6 years ago, around the same time he started his tattooing career, he also began his dive into the art of wood burning. Since then, he has done numerous pieces on commission and is enjoying his continuing exploration into this intriguing medium.
